Dear Parent/Carer,

Our Year 4, 5 and 6are scheduled to attend an educational trip to the “Science Museum” on Friday 28 May2021. We will be leaving school at 10:00am and return to school at 14:30pm. Children are to be picked by as per usual at 3pm.

It will be necessary to provide your child with a packed lunch; please do not pack any glass bottles or fizzy drinks.

The students must attend in full school uniform as they would normally dress to school.

Please fill in your signature as written consent to allow your child to attend this tripand return it to school by Friday 28 May 2021.
